Torn inner-thigh, possibly adductor.

During the cool down of an aerobics class, we were doing an inner-thigh/adductor stretch when i felt an intense and excrutiating tearing happen in my right inner-thigh. I am a dancer, and a few months later this injury hasn't repaired itself. Do you have any specific assumption as to what it could be that i've done? or any re-habilitation tips?
