baker's cyst

I have a pain behind my knee that I suspect is a recurrence of a soccer injury (2 years ago) diagnosed by a PT as
a baker's cyst. I'm doing the stretching excercises
perscribed by the PT as well as whirpools. What sort
of aerobic excercises can I continue to do which will
not aggrevate the situation. I've been X-country skiing, snowshoeing, spinning, swimming, eliptical training and walk my
dog about 4 miles a day.

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
