fractured finger

In October, I broke my pinkie finger on my left hand.
It was treated by a doctor. However, it rotated as it healed and it bends into the next finger. I am now trying to strengthen the two fingers (the ring finger is very stiff and larger at the knuckle than it had been before the injury. What kind of physical therapy should I be doing to get the stiffness out and the strength back? I hope you can help me with this. Thank you.
