Fractured Wrist..Tightness and Stiffness

I fractured my wrist(multiple frac) with plate insertion,in 7/04. I required surgery and have had therapy with OT. I would just like to know how much longer is this tightness in the wrist and stiffness, wrist, hand, fingers going to last. Iam almost constantly doing exericises. How long will it last and is there anything else I can do? Enough is Enough!!! Thanks
