Fractured elbow

I am concerned about my 15 year old son;s elbow. He fractured it in football and had a cast on it for 4 weeks. Afterwards, the orthopedic spesensoredt x-rayed it and sent us home with a prescription for physical therapy which he has attened 2-3 times a week for close to 2 months now. The measurements show improvement, the PT and the orthopedic doctor say he is young and should progress fine. I still see a bent arm that has little range of motion. Does anyone have any experience in this type of problem? I am losing hope!
