Re: Bicepts Tendon

I was pulling myself up a hanging rope when my right arm bicep suddenly felt like it was struck. My bicep appears "snapped" apart. Somewhat painful. I look at it and my bicep is bunched up toward the upper arm, and down my arm on the inside below the elbow, is another (smaller) bunching of muscle. Starting to feel real pain in the bunched areas, although no sign of bleeding or bruising (on the skin).
