A year ago I was playing in a rugby game. I made a tackel and it felt like my humeras bone went out of socket. well i kept playing on it for month or so and would re hurt it almost every game well i have not played for some time now and my sholder still fells relly unstable when it is extended out is their any thing i can do to get it stronger like it use to be
