what you have to do is rest it
i completely tor my hip flexor couldnt walk for a couple weeks (on crutches)
then try lunges, elastic band stretches, andslow high steps. This is what my doctor told me to do in rehab, BUT MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETRLY HEALED
