Re: Possible Torn Hip Flexor....

Can you give me some information on treating a possible torn hip flexer. I have been doing intense aerobics about two days a week. Afterwards, my upper leg muscles are so stiff and sore, I can barely walk, after I get up from sitting for a few minutes. My leg are better by the next day. If you could help me with this problem, I would really appreciate it.
