i fell on my knee yesterday in my basketball game and its a little swollen what looks like on the knee cap..i've been putting ice on it since last night and it hurts when i bend it would it be a could idea to start maybe jogging a little bit tommorow cuz i have a game tuesday and i'm trying to get it back to where i can at least play
or should i just rest it
