Re: pain in upper arm

after my bypass surgery of the heart aBOUT 20 MONTHS BACK I HAVE NOTICED SOME PAIN IN MY NECK AND UPPER ARM.IT WAS MILD AT THAT TIME but in the recent past it has aggravated.i hav startted exercises of the arms and legs and hav found some relief.i would like to know the cause of this problem and the necessary cure without medication
