if youre that age then chances are its just from puberty, that happens to a lot of kids in puberty then they go away, but if they dont go away then situps crunches and pushups wont help really... pushups will help a little bit in reducing the appearance of them but most of all you need to lose bodyfat through cardiovascular excersizes, high intensity interval training is best for that
