Re: thigh muscle dent

I have the same -dent 4 in. above left knee for about 1 month now. Had just started exercising (treadmill & kickbocking) when it "appeared" not overweight 5ft.3in. 110 lbs. I had not exer.in 8 mos. b/c I was healing from a different injury. It's very frusterating! If anyone has any ideas on what it is or how to get rid of it please let me know. I've not exer. in 1 wk. but the dent is still there.

The Simply Stable HXt hyperextension elbow brace is designed to stabilize the elbow by helping to control extension and rotation. Stabilization is accomplished through a unique design that incorporates dual polycentric hinges into a functional Neoprene sleeve.
