Re: Achilles heel care

My daughter does competitive Irish Danceing and we planned to leave for Worlds March 29 she dances April 2. This weekend she pulled her Achilles and has been icing. Should she walk on the ball of her foot instead of normally so not to pull the tendon? Do you think if we keep the icing up she could dance on April 2? If she stays off for 2 weeks. Any other help tips you could give her? Thanks Darla

The medical grade mineral oil released from the gel onto the skin also helps to soften dry skin and to reduce scar tissue by improving the mobility and elasticity of the skin after scarring.
