I had dro foot pretty bad a few years ago after a MS exacerbation. PT sugested walking on my heels to strengthen muscles. Seemed to work pretty well. I must be very fatigued now before I notice snagging my toe on a flat floor. There was one more exercise if you're interested.Good luck!
