Re: Rolled ankle

I rolled my right ankle, and the ER doctor said that I broke my Fib/Tib. He recommended surgery to put in pins, and also he said I go with just a cast and that he'll re-check it in one week. I am 46 and he said that if I were 20 he would strongly recommend the sergury. He said to put no weight on it, but I have to a little, "Very Carefully" Krutches are imposible, I keep falling backwards, and I'm scared I'll re injur my ankle. I have never broken a bone before, what do you recommend, or what do you see this ending up? Thank You Very Much
