Re: ruptured bicep tendon

I just went to the doctor today and he told me I had a torn Bicep and wants me to take physical therapy 3 times a week. That is great and I will do that but, I am going on vacation tomorrow and I need to know what I need to do while on vacation so my arm will stop hurting so bad. Do I need to do some exercises with it or keep it still?

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
