hi! It all started out with a small tear in my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I lifted a water bottle up the other day and felt absolute pain and a pop. two days later I could not straighten my arm and i had to do six hours of helping people at a job fair. my arm got so big and hard withg the most tremendous pain, i had to go to ER. doctor said a blot clot in my bicep, it was so hard and felt like it was going to pop, the pain was undescribable, would rather have had a baby instead. i have to go back to the dr. but was wondering about the danger or effect my arm will have. will the tear fill up again with blood? i also have heel facioutias. can this be fixed or heeled?thanks for any response.
