Re: maybe torn bicep

I just got the same prolem and I am looking for some help. The pain is very light, just a pinch.
Doctor said not to use my arm for lifting.
How long it's going to last???? Is that a torn bicept? The doctor cound't tell, maybe someone knows what to do to heal it faster. anyone?
