Left Lateral Malleollous Repair PT

Is there a web site that I can go to or can you email me the Pt Exercises that I can have my daughter do. My insurance has canceled and I can not afford to take her to PT. She is recovering from or rather her diagnosis is : s/p ORIF Lateral Malleollous Repair. She was suppose to start Pt twice a week on 1/20/06 and go for 6 weeks. She is only 15 years old and I do not want her to have any other problems can you help me or send me any literature/examples or exercises.
