Re: exercises to reduce lordosis

Dear sir?Madam
I am 20 year old student of medical school and I face a slight pain in the lower part of my back mainly after sitting for a long period of time, or after standing for a long period of time.
I had a X-Ray taken that shown lordosis mainly traced between the Lumar 5 vertebral and the sacral causing reduction to the intervertebral distance between the body of the Lumar 5 vertebral and the Sacral.
I am keen to learn a few exercises to combat lordosis. Are there any kind of exercises that could relieve my back pain and could result in reduction of the grade of lordosis, increasing the distance between Lumar 5 vertebral and Sacral?
I am looking forward your answer.
Thank you .
yours sincerely Aristeidis Molympakis.
