Re: itchy legs

I exercise every day mostly using exercise videos and I've only itched on a few occasions, mostly around my ankles but everytime I run I itch. It helps to slow down but as soon as I start running again it starts right back up, and I have never been able to tolerate itching, lol At first I thought it was because of my sister's cat because I'm allergic to her, but I know how the rash looks when I break out from the cat and it's not the same when I exercise. Plus, I tried taking a shower before going to the gym to clean off the cat dander and did'nt help. I did'nt get past 10 min on the treading mill. It's extremely annoying. I don't think my problems are as sevier as a lot that I've read about but then again I'm only 16 so reading these kinda scared me seeing how with a lot of people it got worse as they got older. I moisturize usually once a day. Do I need to moisturize more often for it to have an effect? Also, I personally hate taking medications and I would'nt want to do that everyday so if anyway has any natural suggestions they recently discovered I would love to hear from you concerning it.

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
