Re: therapy for dislocated finger

: : what kind of therapy can I do at home for a dislocated finger?
I was pulling on object and it stretched out and dislocated and I put it back by pulling on it and and putting it in the original position. When I checked to see if it would bend it dislocated again and I put it back straight. It has been a week and is still swollen. Since it was not a "compression" dislocation, should I still have xrays to see if a bone was chipped? What can they do to fix a chipped bone?
