cracking noise in shoulder

Im only 14..but I am an athlete..and last year in football I dislocated my shoulder..and they popped it back into place..but I been having trouble w/ it ever since..and I been goin back..because I pitched all summer w/ it in baseball..and it just killed..So then I went back and it was out of place again..and stretching the tendons..and it made that cracking\grinding sound..hope it helps
