Re: Broken Sesamoid Bone

I cheer competition and my foot started killing me and I never knew what it was, so I went to the Sports Therapist and they told me My Sesamoid Bone was broken in half. It really affects my cheering, because it's so hard to tumble, stunt and run on it. I was thinking about getting the surgery to remove it but i'm not sure if I should? I'm just sick of it!

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
