Re: knee

I have recently been told that i have osteochronditis, I have went for a athroscope and the bone on my knee was shattered. The Dr told me that nothing can be done about it and a will get athritis when a am very youny. I am only 16 and wondered if there is anything that could fix it,so that it don't deterrents over the next few year or so on.

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
