I think i broke my hand/knuckle
The other night I punched my front door.Right after that i noticed swelling,pain,blackness on the middle finger,ring finger and the pinki. My middle finger makes the back of my hand hurt behind the knuckle, and my ring finger just hurts it doesnt make anything hurt, and my pinki makes the side of my hand hurt all the way up to my elbow with throbbing pain. I cant move them at all and they are very sensitive to picking up any object. The knuckle and finger of my middle finger is swollen but only my finger on my ring finger and pinki is swollen(not their knuckles). Please tell my what i done to them.

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
