I've got about 4 weeks to slim down for my grad and Ive been doing crunches, jack knive's, a form of leg lifts and running, its just a combination. And I think for peope looking to lose weight, I hate to say this, but its the old diet. Cut out more of your carbs and sugars. Just dont eat what looks like its been through a processing plant. And EXERCISE! In any way you can, join a dance class, pick up a sport, swim, whatever! I find a way to target your lower stomach it helps to do crunches, but instead up going straight up, put your hands to your head (so that your elbows stick out) and when crunching up bring your elbow to your knee (NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. that wont do anything) and alternate from left elbow to right knee to right elbow to left knee.
