Shoulder Laxity and instability

I have laxity in all my joints and can volentarily dislocate my shoulders in any direction. Recently i damaged my shoulder playing vollyball. My ortho surgeon said the is extensive calicification in the joint. He said it was like rice crispies in there. He told me surgery is not likely to happen and im going to have to live with the injury. I have been going to physical therapy for a while and i believe it is making it worse because they dont understand my condition. I have had this conditon my whole life and have gone through extensive phsical therapy on and off my whole life. The pain is intense and i can barely use my right arm as a result. I am being seen by Navy doctors (I am in the Marine Corps) and they have never seen this before. I am wondering if you have ever seen a case like i am describing. I have yet to find someone who can do something besides guess at what to do. Thank you
