clavicle and finger problems
Hi,
I've had this clicking/crunching noise and pain in my sternoclavicular and acromioclavicular joint.My Pect. Major is also very tight,as well as my upper trapezius and scalene muscles on my left side. I stretch quite often because of his problem.I am a massage therapist and find I have less strength on the left. Sometimes the fingers on my left hand get slightly numb. Separate from when these things are bothering me I get infrequently painful contractions in fingers in both my hands.This usually happens to my pinky or ring finger,my finger straightens and amost bends the opposite way.These contractions are very painful and I have to rub,stretch or bend the finger back the correct way to get it to stop.What is going on with me? I hope you can shed some light here.
