shoulder problems

I had rotator cuff open surgery back in 4/02.It was a complete tear and I lost 40% of my internal range of motion.I went back to work in less than 3 months.I told my doctor in 9/02 that I thought that I had torn the rotator cuff again. He disagreed. When I received this original injury at work,I also injured my upper back and neck. Now they are talking about a fusion in my neck.Just what I need! I also have a torn labrum in my other shoulder due to another work injury. Not operated on yet.It is very painful.
Is there a brace that I can use to protect myself some how from further injuring these areas while working??? I can use some help.Thank you

Plantar Fasciitis starts as a dull, intermittent pain in heel or arch, progressing to a sharp, persistent pain. A sharp, piercing pain and/or inflammation through heel and foot that usually occurs in the morning or after resting and gradually disappears with walking.
