Pain in heal
I run atleast 5-6 miles a day, but recently
I started getting a sharp pain onthe inside of my heal. It feels like it is on the bone and since it is in one specific location, I feel like it may be a stress fracture, but I have never heard of heal stress fractures. Is this possible? or could it perhaps be from something else?
