bad knees

I was diagnosed with patella femoral syndrome back in March. Now my knees are still stiff, weak, and always in pain. However, i go to PT often or at least i was going up until a month ago. My knees ache and they are interfearing with my daily life. I am only 23 and i feel as if im 90! I want to work out again. PT doesnt work, should i opt for the new shot in my knees of synvisc? Does it have the same weight gaining, abnormal hair growing effects that steriods do? please help this college student is in dispair!

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by repetitive strain and is the most common cause of localized heel pain. It is an inflammation of the plantar fascia and is a clinical diagnosis based on a history and examination completed by a physician.
