Re: MY HIP PAIN

I'm 70 and have recently experienced stabbing right hip pain at night which wakens me. As soon as I get up and move around, it's fine. I've recently been decreasing my premarin intake, but think I will increase it a little more. Heating pad helps a little. I use a knee pillow between my knees which seems to help a little. I do yoga. I've also purchased some Tylenol for Arthritis pain, but only take half dose when needed at night. Helps me get back to sleep. (Advice: do not use any Tylenol product after it's due date. Pharmacist says it can react with other medications you may be taking in a negative way.) Good luck to you all.
