Re: Lump in lower back

I noticed about 6 months ago I developed a lump in my lower right side of back next to the spine it is about 4" long and 1"or so wide it seems to be movable it has not posed any problems unitl the last few days, it has not grown or shrunk any but lately causing discomfort in me back only on that side above the lump and some slight cramping in my leg, Do you have any ideas what this might be and what type of Doctor would you recommend?
Thank You,
sincerely
Kathy
