Without seeing it I am going to assume it is your vertebral prominance. Everyone has one, it is usually T1 or C7's spinous process. Mine sticks out quite a bit. The other thing may be that you are hyper kyphotic in your thoracic spine, upper back. Without seeing you and doing an evaluation I can be no help. Go see a DC and get evaluated. Then they can help if there is a problem.
