My hips are not level....

Hey everyone...I have always felt that my right leg didn't "work" correctly. I walk with a limp and can't run long distances because my right leg flares out - its very difficult to explain. Also, my left side is noticeably stronger than my right side (identified by doing dumbbell bench press, bicep curls etc).

I decided to see a chiropractor. He took some x rays and found that my left hip is higher than the right and its also rotated a bit as well.

Can a chiropractor correct this problem? Not suprisingly, mine says he can but an unbiased opinion would be very helpful!

Thanks!
