I have had this intense itching on my right arm on and off for twenty years. The first time followed a sunburn. My arm develops small, intensely itchy bumps, one at a time, with episodes lasting for a couple of months. My dermatologist prescribed Zonalon cream. It's the only thing that relieves the itch. Hope this helps!
