hello I'm 14 years old and recently in the past month I've noticed every time I walk a medium distance or run my left fore arm starts to hurt. i don't know how to explain it but it does. does this have anything to do with my heart? or my lungs or anything? my mom says it is a pinched nerve but i can almost guarantee its not. It kinda scares me a little. please help me. please contact me asap.
