I have had pain in my lower back since the 2nd week of October. This all started when a friend of mine was visiting from California and has a condition that is hard for her to get in and out of a vehicle. I was helping her in my SUV and must have turned or lifted wrong and felt a twinge than absolute PAIN. It has been getting worse ever since. I am calling my older brothers Chiropractor tomorrow (Charlie Hogan in Horseheads, NY) and see if he can see me ASAP. I cant hand the pain any longer. What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment? I have good insurance which isnt a problem. Thanks..
