: I am having the same problem with shap pain in my upper back towards the left-center. It seems like its under or by my left shoulder blade. At times even when I merely breathe in, I am hit suddenly with a sharp sharp pain. Any idea what could be the cause?

This definately sounds like pleuracy...not sure if that is spelled right, but i get this very often from sleeping with a fan blowing on me, it usually attacks your chest or back, but i have read it will radiate in your shoulder and neck. This is nothing serious, but yeah, it hurts bad when you breathe or move wrong....not comfortable.

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
