Try probiotics. My chiropractor/natural dr. has worked with me on food allergies and ultimately avoiding these things (wheat, sugar, etc.) plus taking probiotics and digestive enzymes also cleared this up! When I slip up and eat something I'm sensitive to (like Hot Tamales candy!) my arm starts itching in the most intense way (on the inside of my elbow joint)! Nothing stops it! If I'm more regular with the probiotics/enzymes I can keep this under control. Check with your health food store of compounding pharmacy for recommendations.

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
