I went through this intense itching for years and tried everything that everyone has mentioned. I thought that I would go crazy from its intensity. Last year I went on vacation and drank one diet coke on the Saturday that we arrived and experienced itching that day. Then, just by luck, I had not cola until the day that we returned home. Just before boarding the plane, I had a diet Pepsi, and clawed at my left arm for the 2 1/2 hour flight home. I consequently gave up all cola products, diet and regular, and have not itched since. I know what you are going through. If you drink Coke or Pepsi or any other cola product, it is worth a try. For me, it was a miracle.

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
