After reading some of your responses, I see some common links. This "itch" first started for me in July 1991, when I spent several days laying out in the lake, tanning. At first I thought some kind of bug or fungus had got under my skin and was eating me alive. Also at that time (1991) I began seeing a chiropractor. I don't see a connection in the med's, for me, I have been on several different kinds, and the itch is always been the same. I do have food allergies to chocolate and tomatoes. I also have rhumatoid arthitis, asthma, and spondylosis in my neck. I have 4 sister's and this only affects 2 of us. We both have had great emotional grief in our lives, (we both have had to bury our baby daughter's). I don't know if this "itch" is due to the sun, spine, nerves, allergies, or emotions, but I do know it affecting many lives. If anyone out there has anything in common with me, please respond. I had NO idea there were so many of us out there. Thanks so much.
