I have gone thru everything that everyone has listed here. The best thing I ever did was go to a chiropractor and he did something that relieved the presure off the nerves that were pinched/or compressed from sleeping incorrectly or by doing some other damage. Its realy amazing how much a chiropractor can do by aligning something out of place! Go to (or even call) your local chiropractor and just describe the symptoms u r having, if they are experienced, they will know exactly what to do! GOODLUCK!!!!!!
