it is temporarilly assimed there are 5 lumbar vertebrae.findings lumbar sine without contrast-pain radiates to the left lower extremity radiculopathy.the tip of the conus identified at t 12-L1level
L1-L2 LEVEL APPEARS UNREMARARKABLE
l2-l3 appears unremarkable
L3 L4 THERE IS A MILD ANNULAR DISC BULDGE WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT RESULTING STENOSIS
L4 L5 THEREIS ANNULAR DISIC BULDGE WITH FACET ARTHROPATHY RESULTING IN MILD DEGREE OF GENTERAL CANAL STEROSIS
L5-S1THERE IS ANNULAR DISC BULGE AND FACET ARTHROPATHY RESULTING IN MILD DEGREE OF CENTRAL CANAL STENOSIS .I DO NOT APPRECIATE A SIGNIFICANT NEURAL FORAMINAL STENOSIS
IMPRESSION ANNULAR DISC BULGES AND SPONDYLOSIS AT MULTIPLE LEVELS AS DESCRIBED
