I began this intense itching - mostly on my left upper arm, only sometimes includes my right, a few months ago, and only at night. Last night I only slept from 3AM to 5:20AM. I used cold wet cloths (after Noxema, Benadryl spray gel, and cold soapy water). The thought that this could last for YEARS terrifies me!
