Good luck Bruce!!!! Keep us posted on your progress. I have an appointment with a dermotologist this month and am tempted to cancel it as, by all accounts that I've read, I don't think they will be able to help me. What an odd affliction! I'd love to know what causes it, even if I can't fix it, just to know what's going on. Take care.
