I have had this problem for almost 20 years.
Mine started when I was pregnant with my daughter.
When it first started I went to several doctors they were no help. I have just lived with it.
My itching is anywhere from the top of my sholders down to my wrists, both arms, and no rash, If I scratch it get 100 times worse. I try not to, but sometimes I scratch in my sleep and then wake up in a frenzy.
Ice can help (a little)but I would love to know what the cause of this is.

Ankle braces go on fast and the athlete does the applying so there is no waiting in line to be taped. Valuable trainer and coach time is saved when taping is eliminated. In an independent sudy of athletes Swede-O ankle braces were chosen as most comfortable.
