Hello
I am 60 years old... sever low back pain ..suddenely happened.
MRI showed: lesion of low signal intensity at T1 and high at STIR of 2cm at the body of L2..
another two smaller lesion at the body of L3 and T12...
No other abnormalities.

Please tell me what is the possibility of being metastasis of unknowen primary tumor.
